2. Cancellation by Participant

  1. If you withdraw before course commencement:

  • Refund will be processed after deduction of a non-refundable registration fee and any administrative charges.

  1. If you withdraw after the course has started:

  • No refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Us

  1. If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, logistical issues, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a full refund of fees paid.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to transfer enrollment to a future batch (subject to availability).

4. Refund Process

  1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  2. Approved refunds will be credited within 15–30 working days, to the original payment method.

  3. Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  1. Transaction charges, bank fees, and taxes levied during payment may not be refunded.

6. Disputes

  1. Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved as per Indian law under karnataka’s jurisdiction.
